OEM Process

1. Inquiry
Customers submit their product or service requests, providing specifications, quantity, materials, delivery time, and other relevant information so that manufacturers can assess feasibility and cost. This process is typically completed via telephone, email, online forms, or face-to-face meetings.

2. Quotation
Based on the customer's requirements, the manufacturer calculates material costs, labor costs, transportation fees, and other related expenses, and provides a formal quotation (including unit price, total price, payment terms, delivery date, etc.). Quotations typically have a validity period.

3. Order
Once the customer confirms the quotation and places an order, a contract or purchase order may be signed to protect the rights of both parties. This step will determine product details, quantity, payment method, and delivery date.

4. Production
The production process is arranged according to the order specifications, including raw material procurement, process scheduling, processing and manufacturing, and assembly. During this stage, both production efficiency and product quality must be ensured.

5. Quality Control
Inspections are conducted during the production process and after the finished product is completed to ensure that the product meets specifications and quality standards. Quality control may include visual inspection, functional testing, dimensional measurement, etc., to prevent defective products from leaving the factory.

6. Package
Choose appropriate packaging methods and materials based on product characteristics to ensure no damage during transportation. This may include shockproof, moisture-proof, and scratch-proof designs, and include product information or barcode labeling.

7. Shipment
After packaging is completed, logistics and delivery will be arranged according to the order. This step will involve generating a shipping order and tracking number, and confirming the delivery method and time with the customer.

8. Service
Goods are transported to the customer's designated location via logistics. The transaction is completed after the customer accepts and confirms the goods. If any issues arise, the after-sales service or return/exchange process will begin.
